Limited Warranty Policy
At Loop, we pride ourselves in going above and beyond to serve our customers. For this reason we have prepared our Warranty Policy to inform you of our procedures and how we intend to handle warranty requests.
If your shipping address is within the European Union, your country’s consumer product warranty laws apply, and the remainder of this warranty does not.
1. Warranty Period
Loop offers a 1 year (12 month) warranty period for main parts and 6 months warranty for wearing parts. The “warranty period” starts from the date of delivery of the product, with the invoice date as a reference. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. How to Obtain Warranty Service
- Contact Customer Support: If the product does not work properly during the warranty period, please reach out to us at hello@makewithloop.com. Your email should contain a valid purchase order number or any other proof of purchase
- Diagnosis: Loop will try to analyze and solve your problem through online service. We may request photos/videos to help with the troubleshooting steps. If the problem cannot be solved remotely, you may need to send the product to Loop.
- Return & Repair: If a repair or replacement is needed, we will provide instructions for shipping the unit back.
3. Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear.
- Failure or damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or storage.
- Failure or damage due to use of unsupported material .
- Failure or damage due to unauthorized modifications or repairs to the product which has been carried out by you or a third party not authorized by Loop.
- Failure or damage due to the use of third party parts which are not provided or recommended by us.
- Products purchased through channels that are not authorized by Loop, or products resold by other buyers.
- Failure or damage due to non compliance with the product instructions.
- Failure or damage due to extreme or external causes beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, power surges or natural disasters.
4. Consumables Parts (Not Covered)
“Consumable” parts are disposable items, parts, or components of the product which are inherently subject to deterioration and wear out during the normal operation of the product. Consumable parts are not covered under warranty.

Examples include but are not limited to:
- Filament spool holder
- Hotend and all its individual parts
- Blender blades
- Cleaning tools
- Replacement tubing or filters
- Lubricants and greases
5. Limitation of Liability
Loop is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by state.

Loop reserves the right to modify, update, or change this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website or other communication channels. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed about any updates.
Return Policy
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 20 days of return request approval.
Return Process
The original purchaser of the product may return the product within thirty (30) days of purchase.

- To start a return, contact us at hello@makewithloop.com within the 30-day return window to request a return
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Carefully pack the machine and return it to us. To prevent damage during transit, all returned goods must be in their original packaging. Please reuse the original box and packing materials in which the product was received to ensure safe transport.

A packaging material fee may apply if you do not have your original Product packaging for shipping and may delay the return process. If there is further damage determined to be the result of poor packaging, there may be a deduction from refund.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, provided it meets the eligibility criteria.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@makewithloop.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria—such as requesting a return, being damaged due to improper use, missing components, or not in its original packaging—we reserve the right to deny the return. In such cases, we will notify you of the reason for the rejection and

offer to return the product to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item sent back, we may dispose of it at our discretion. No refund or exchange will be issued for returns that do not comply with our return policy.
