Return Policy
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 20 days of return request approval.
Return Process
The original purchaser of the product may return the product within thirty (30) days of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Carefully pack the machine and return it to us. To prevent damage during transit, all returned goods must be in their original packaging. Please reuse the original box and packing materials in which the product was received to ensure safe transport.
A packaging material fee may apply if you do not have your original Product packaging for shipping and may delay the return process. If there is further damage determined to be the result of poor packaging, there may be a deduction from refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, provided it meets the eligibility criteria.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@makewithloop.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@makewithloop.com.
If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria—such as requesting a return, being damaged due to improper use, missing components, or not in its original packaging—we reserve the right to deny the return. In such cases, we will notify you of the reason for the rejection and offer to return the product to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item sent back, we may dispose of it at our discretion. No refund or exchange will be issued for returns that do not comply with our return policy.
